Q: How do I get water hooked up?

A: Please print and fill out our Request for Service form, mail it in with your check, and we will handle the rest.

Q: What is the number for emergencies?

Q: When should I shut off my water?
A: Whenever you leave for an extended period of time.

Q: What should I do after I turn my water back on? Why does my water smell?

A: This is sediment that has settled in the line. Running the water for 10 minutes will clear this.

Q: How often do you bill?
A: We bill quarterly in March, June, September and December.

Q: Can I pay my bill with a credit card?
A: Yes! Please select the "Payment" tab above.

Q: What if my home was destroyed in the Hurricane and will need to be rebuilt?

A: Please print and fill out our Water Disconnect Request form and email back to us.

A: Most of our customers recommend more wine than water.
